Last Saturday, I took a walk with a friend in Rock Creek Park along Soapstone, Broad Branch and Rock Creeks. Here is the beauty of our park dressed up in snow and ice.

These ducks found a swimming hole near Peirce Mill:
Back over on the Broad Branch, another type of wildlife emerged. These two young men were playing ice hockey. A third was farther down the creek, playing goalie, of course.
