“Construction is moving right along, the doors are open almost every day and folks are welcome to take a peek at our progress,” reports Lauren Durkee, Uptown Market’s marketing manager.
Uptown Market is still aiming for a late August opening. And it is currently hiring. Uptown needs cashiers, prep cooks, baristas, bartenders, pizza makers and people to work the butcher, fish, cheese and deli counters.
