Last summer, DDOT installed speed tables on three of the streets surrounding Murch Elementary. Traffic safety concerns remain.
Today at 3 p.m., representatives from Murch and Deal Middle School will be taking a DDOT rep and Ward 3 Council member Matt Frumin on a tour of trouble spots. ANC 3F commissioners will also be on hand, and the community is invited to join the walkthrough.
They’ll be meeting at the main entrance to Murch on Davenport Street, between 36th Street and Reno Road. And they’ll be taking the following route:
