The commission’s hearing for Wards 3 and 4 will be held at 6 p.m. at the Wilson High School auditorium (3950 Chesapeake Street). First come, first to be heard. The hearing will last until all are heard.
The Zoning Commission is also accepting written comments until March 4th. Sometime after this, the commission will vote on the Zoning Regulations Review.

This has been a fluid process since we started covering the zoning rewrite. OP changed its tune over the summer over eliminating parking minimums entirely in areas well-served by transit.
OP is still considering lowering the amount of parking developers are required to include in new apartment and office buildings.
Other proposals that remain include allowing corner stores in some residential neighborhoods (though not Forest Hills), and relaxing rules on carving out accessory apartments in homes, above garages and in carriage houses (which would impact Forest Hills).
