DDOT Speeds To Slow Brandywine Traffic

DDOT Pedestrian Coordinator George Branyan recently informed our Marlene Berlin that a four-way stop would be installed at 31st and Brandywine in 2-3 weeks. He was wrong.

It took less than ONE week.
